A Dutch Land Rover Series IIa, 88', LHD from 1974,
Lightweight, FFR 24V,
petrol with only 57.300km.
I guess originally made for the Dutch army, that is probably the reason for a Series III front.
The car is renovated 2 years ago with a lot of TLC
.
It has a fine running original petrol engine with two fuel tanks under both seats .
The LW is added with a hard top, a roll cage and a bull bar.
It has a Nato hook and a normal towing hook with a 12V plug.
The car is raised a bit and it has bigger tires than normal
.
I recently put in two new door handles that can be locked by keys (not on pictures).
As far as I know it has never played in the mud or water after restoration,
I am the first after restoration that uses the car as a daily runner
and for light greenlaning with my two little sons.
Two previous owners used it only at veteran car-shows
.
It is repainted in beige and black and has a few stickers on it (88' lightweight).
The interior is upgraded with black car upholstery.
The LW is in a very good condition

I had it checked, replaced the motoroil and oil filter,
replaced or topped of all the other oils and greased the joints before we went to Cz.R.
Two new 12V batteries, 4 sparks and two sliding top door windows were put on by the last owner.
The car has a two year Dutch MOT, I got it in June this year without any remarks
.
All the iron parts are hard: f.i. bulkhead, doors and chassis.
The chassis is covered with black anti-rust (Dinitrol?)
A few things does not work
yet:
the fuel gauge, oil temperature/pressure meters, and the water temp. meter in the dashboard.
A separately water temp. meter is placed on the dashboard.
I'm selling the car for 6.500 euro,
but I still want to use it for two and a half week here in the Czech Republic.
So that is why I want to sell it in the weekend of 14th of august.
On request, the car can be seen at Nepomuk (near Plzen).
I'm selling my beautiful
tough looking car because
I want a 109 with 5 forward facing seats (and loading space).
